•Initial Acupuncture Consultation & treatment: $125 (approximately 1 hour)
•Follow-up Acupuncture Treatments: $80 (approximately 45 minutes )
•Initial NeurOptimal® Feedback Session: $125 (approximately 1 hour)
• Follow-Up NeurOptimal® Feedback Sessions: $105 or 6 sessions for $575 (save $60) (approximately 45 minutes)
My priority is to support your journey for personal health and healing. With some conditions, in order to see long term and sustainable results, treatments work best when given on a regular basis. This varies from person to person, but I generally recommend you initially come in for 4 to 8 weekly treatments.

FSA & HSA REIMBURSEMENTS
Most FSA and HSA plans reimburse acupuncture and NeurOptimal® services. Please check with your plan and I’ll be happy to provide receipts for each session.
WORKERS’ COMP & INSURANCE
I accept Workers’ Compensation and Motor Vehicle Accident cases with appropriate referrals for acupuncture sessions. Unfortunately, some health insurance plans may cover up to a certain amount per year*, other health insurance plans do not offer coverage for acupuncture, so I do not bill insurance directly. I can provide you with a super bill in which you can submit to your insurance company or FSA for reimbursement.
